The Mental Body

Your mind is a sponge, constantly taking the outside world in. It has the power to build you up and keep you down and yet it can be trained to nurture, love, and support.

In this module, you will:

  • Learn about your “monkey mind” and how to control it
  • Identify the voice inside your head and argue with the thoughts that tear you down
  • Build yourself up with positive affirmations during a guided meditation

 

MODULE FIVE

The Physical Body

Whatever your beliefs and impressions, your body is a miracle. Without it how would you experience life and all it has to offer? The question is – how can you do as much for it as it does for you?

In this module, you will:

  • Reflect on the miracle that is the human body and brainstorm all of the incredible things your body does for you
  • Reassess your relationship with your body and shift into a healthier perspective through a guided meditation

All About Self-Care

Without proper attention anything starts to break down. From material possessions to relationships to your own personal being, self-care is the glue holding it all together.

  • Learn what self-care truly means and why it’s crucial for absolutely everyone
  • Identify the misconceptions surrounding prioritizing your own wellbeing
  • Brainstorm several ways to practice self-care for each of your four bodies

 

MODULE NINE

Goal-Setting for Your Dream Self

Setting goals helps you define the direction you’re going in. Big or small, the act of setting a goal, and achieving it, is a powerful force in creating the life you desire.

In this module, you will:

  • Set a goal for yourself and learn how to chase it with abandon
  • Create actionable steps towards achieving your goal 
  • Reflect on your support system and brainstorm ways to set yourself up for success
