41: Meditation to Help You Shift Gears

In last week’s episode of Breathe In, Breathe Out, we spoke about shifting gears and turning our eyes to bigger and brighter things. If you find you’re in need of a gear shift, this meditation is for you.

Welcome back to Breathe In, Breathe Out. I’m Krystal Jakosky.  Last week we talked about shifting gears and moving from one state of being to the next state, slowing down, speeding up whatever needs to happen. So this week we thought we would do a meditation to work with that. As with all of the meditations, start with just a really good deep breath in and out. Take another one all the way into the belly, breathing deep.

And then let it out.
