Welcome back to Breathe In, Breathe Out. I am Krystal Jakosky and I am so glad that you’re here. It’s the end of 2021. Amen. And a hallelujah. It’s almost over. There’s something amazing about when that calendar flips over from one year to the next. And I know it’s just the day after, but there’s something fun and magical and different. And it’s like the whole year just gets to start with hope and optimism and that’s what I love. I live for that moment of okay, now, what are we going to do? Um, it’s like graduating and now you’re done with school and all of that’s behind you. And there’s just all of this opportunity in front of you saying “Now, what do you want to do?” It’s also an opportunity to look back on the previous year express gratitude for the blessings, the joys and acknowledge the challenges, the heartache and the pain that you just went through.
