Hi, I’m Krystal Jakosky and this is Breathe In, Breathe Out: a Weekly Mindfulness and Meditation Podcast for anyone ready to own their own shit…and find a little peace while doing it.
Welcome back to Breathe In, Breathe Out. I’m Krystal and I’ve got to tell you right now, I just want to breathe. I just want to take a minute and breathe. So let’s just do a simple meditation together and get cozy, comfy, and settle in, you know, me because it’s a meditation, I would prefer that you’re not driving and you’re just in a calm, safe space. And, for this meditation, you can absolutely be sitting in an office chair or whatnot. It’s just a moment. It’s really just a quick moment. So thanks for being here. Thanks for choosing in. And I just want you to take a deep breath with me And then let it out. And again, all the way into the belly. Nice deep breath. Before you let it out. Take another deep cleansing breath up through your nose. And as you’re releasing that just know that you are amazing. Take another nice deep breath in, let it out. You are strong. Keep breathing those deep breaths Being here in the moment with me, You are exactly where you need to be. Keep breathing, Giving yourself that added love and support
Breathing and letting go of everything else except your breath here in this moment. Maybe there’s a mantra you want to add with this next breath in. What word would you fill in? Repeat it.
